Designed and built in the Hamptons style aesthetic that is popular on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, HP Constructions’ North Balgowlah project – inclusive of house, pool and landscaping – was shortlisted in its category for an MBA Award in 2018. Several unique finishes are hallmarks of this beautiful home, including the timber panelled walls leading to the property’s entry hallway and bathrooms, the home’s exposed dressed rafters, lined eaves, internal and external sandstone, and intricate timber work – each working in harmony to evoke the light and calming Hamptons feel of this classic home.
